Scheduling Your First Appointment

The First Visit

During this initial appointment, Dr. Perrin will get your complete health history, perform a physical exam, and complete blood labs (if needed). Please plan on up to approximately 75 minutes for the initial visit during which time she will discuss financials with you.

The Second Visit

When you return we will discuss your treatment plan and review any potential labs that have been done. This visit and future follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes.

Payment Options

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) health insurance, participating as a basic Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) as well as BlueChoice PPO. BCBS patients are responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles at time of service.

In regards to other health insurances, Dr. Perrin will submit a claim to be processed under your out of network benefits. Cash, check, debit, credit cards, and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are also accepted. Payment is due at the time of service for all out-of-network insurance patients and cash patients.
