Updated Clinic Information

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on the upcoming move.

The OrchardNaturalMedicine.com website, jperrin@orchardnaturalmedicine.com email, and clinic number (630-962-6073) will remain active for the time being.  You are welcome to contact me through these means or reach out directly to the NUHS Whole Health Center to make an appointment.  Currently, online scheduling is not available at that new clinic location and it is best to call the clinic to make an appointment.  I will be available on Fridays from 9 am – 5 pm by appointment and the contact information for the clinic is:

For your first appointment at the NUHS Whole Health Center, you will be asked to fill out new patient paperwork (in person) and will have an office visit with me to establish care with the new clinic location.

Until you establish care with me at the new location, I am still available for quick questions and management of active care plans via email or phone call.
